Escola Internacional da Madeira derives all of its income from fees.
We rely on all payments to be on time so that we are able to function
as a viable business. Our policy is that no pupil will be allowed
to continue attending classes if payment is not received within
the first five days of each month. Special consideration may be
given at our discretion following a parent-principal meeting and
a signed letter from the parent.
CASH
OR CHEQUES SENT TO SCHOOL
Any
cash or cheques sent to school by hand must be in a sealed envelope.
The name and surname of the child must be in the centre of the envelope
and the purpose of the money (eg. fees / photographs / books / lunch
etc) must be written on the bottom right corner of the sealed envelope.
Do not write the amount on the outside of the envelope. Any explanation
or amounts should be written on a separate note inside the sealed
envelope. A telephone call to inform the office that the envelope
is in the childs bag is essential. |
